I have a combined 18 years immersion in sales and recruitment having worked for companies such as Optus, Star News Group and Consultive since 2014. My initial passion steered me into aviation where I completed over 60 hours flying Cessna aircrafts around Victoria.

I take a professional view to my build industry clients and candidates, doing the necessary research, engaging through face to face interaction and questions, listening and taking the time to understand the wants and needs. There is no better reward than when I match a candidate with the job/company they have dreamed about attaining, or help an organisation make a great hire that goes on to play a key role in the success of the business.

I specifically work within the building sector, providing full time talent to tier 1, 2 & 3 building contractors. The positions are typically Project Managers, Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Estimators, to name a few. I recruit for many of the premier building companies in Melbourne.

Life isn’t all about recruitment though - spending time with family & friends, travel, dining out, watching the Bombers and being outdoors are where I find enjoyment.
